Around Australia Ocean Race

The Around Australia Ocean Race is a 7500 nautical mile yacht race around the Australian continent. The race is set to start from Perth on the 25th of June 2011. There will be 7 start and finish ports including Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Southport, Brisbane, and Hamilton Island. Every leg of the Ocean Race is a race and it will incorporate a range of existing races such as the Sydney to Southport, Airlie Beach Race Week, and Hamilton Island Race Week.
